Enrique Cacopardo Naranjo, Argentine architect, began his professional activity in his country, mainly focused on single-family and collective housing projects, high-end hotels.
In search of new professional challenges, he moved to Spain in 2002, once he had been approved the title of Architect in Spain -School of Architecture of Seville- he began his professional activity in the region of the Costa del Sol, specialized in the design of luxury villas located in Marbella, Benahavís, Mijas and Estepona.
Interested in the design of a sustainable architecture, he specializes in passivhaus standard high energy efficiency of German origin, which stands out for optimizing the conditions of quality, comfort and well-being for the occupants.
Since 2013 he begins carrying out projects under this quality standard, his most recognized and outstanding work to date The Wave House certified luxury housing Passivhaus year 2018, located in Mijas.
In its objective of expanding and disseminating the Passivhaus standard in Spain, it creates the PASSIVHAUS COSTA DEL SOL web portal specialized in sustainable architecture and the Passivhaus standard in hot climates.
He currently focuses his professional activity on projects designed under the new paradigms of Architecture, sustainability, energy efficiency in a healthy environment.
