Minimal Concept

Less is more. This is the premise of this penthouse located in the center of Estepona, which offers privileged views of the entire city.

In this house has been used even the smallest corner, making all the space diaphanous with a kitchen open to the living room, with hardly any walls that do not let the light through.

The exterior carpentry is made of wood-aluminum, profile IV68HA, in two colors. On the outside, lacquered in white, and varnished in ebony, on the inside. The doors are white with Zero Series system, without frame, or flashings. And some of the cabinets, with coplanar system, consisting of two parallel sliding sheets.

The minimalist concept of the whole house has been achieved with the black and white and simplicity at first glance of the carpentry, but in reality it has a very complex execution.
