Love for Wood

This traditional Mediterranean style villa is located in the most sought-after and hidden area of Marbella’s Golden Mile, a few steps from the sea and overlooking the Pico de la Concha. It is a house with generous spaces where absolute prominence has been given to materials as noble as wood.

For the exterior, laminated Afrormosia windows with Climatrend IV68 profile have been chosen, with standard decorative palillería of 30 mm, double glazing with a standard safety laminate on the outer face and a monolithic glass on the inner face. Hardware in dark bronze finish model Q-Arte Square, by the Italian firm Reguitti. It should be noted that the windows have the natural color of Afrormosia, with no treatment other than oil, managing to highlight the beauty and meandering of the veins of this tropical wood. The respect of the material is so great that it even retains its smell. The bare wood of the windows, natural, and the green of its gardens, make a perfect symbiosis of harmony and beauty.

Interior and exterior combine perfectly with a lush tropical garden that surrounds the house. The pool-house, at the foot of the pool with horizontal slatted doors on each side, would be the perfect frame for an ideal photo.
