URB. Torre Bermeja

Fusion of Perfect Architecture

Between Estepona and Marbella on the beachfront and surrounded by a lush tropical garden, Torre Bermeja is located, the first high-end promotion of the Costa del Sol made with windows exclusively made of wood built in 1997.

The famous architect Melvin Villarroel together with his son Pablo Villarroel designed this urbanization, drawing on the typical red mud houses that are seen in Morocco and mixing it with strokes of Andalusian architecture, making a fusion of perfect architecture.

Melvin Villaroel, was a master of spatial design that gave life to some of the most impressive places in Marbella, including the Puente Romano Hotel and Torre Bermeja.

For the latter they relied on Román Windows & Doors to manufacture all the exterior and interior carpentry, given our experience, the selection we make of our raw material, taking into account the geographical situation, temperature, sun exposure, the needs of each project and the quality of our products, among others. Proof of this is the durability and perfect condition of our products in the promotion after more than 20 years.

The complex includes apartments and penthouses, all with luxury finishes and accessories. Windows, lift sliding doors and bow-windows in iroko wood and interior carpentry of meranti.

Nothing attracts more than breakfast or lunch under the cozy shade of its covered terrace with a wooden pergola.

In Torre Bermeja, the stunning views of the sea and the Sierra Bermeja mountain range impress a sense of calm, while the lush tropical gardens are the only feature that stands between the home and the sea. A little further on are the Roman protected ruins of Las Torres, a testament to the history that encompasses this exclusive area.

When walking through the common areas, dizzying palm trees, colourful flowers and arched wooden bridges impress the feeling of being on vacation, from the comfort of home.
