The Perfect Combination

Between Estepona and Benahavís, in one of the most prestigious urbanizations in the area, this modern style villa is located. At the foot of the golf course and overlooking the sea and the Strait, this house rises in white with large windows.

On the main façade, a large solid oak door is flanked by two large fixed glass, wood and aluminum. Inside, everything is distributed around the living room, which opens to the pool, thanks to the large folding slide with opening to the outside.

The carpentry selected by the owner was the IV68HA profile, in white oak wood and textured anthracite exterior aluminum. All openings are outward. The windows, doors and cabinets stand out in the house, on the white of the walls, where the oak is the protagonist and gets a perfect combination.
