The villa is located on the plot H8 of the urbanization La Zagaleta, with large tracts of very low density and with a strong nature where vegetation prevails over urban interventions.

In this exceptional setting, essentially geographical, the plot is located at the top of one of the highest hills of the development. It offers large views on the golf course, the surrounding valleys and mountains and the distant views to the Mediterranean Sea and the Rock of Gibraltar. It was conceived with a scale appropriate to the landscape.

The main objective of this proposal is the organization of the house in relation to the views. The contemporary type structure mixed with the Andalusian style will be based both on the exterior and interior courtyards.

The first main courtyard, exterior and with access for vehicles… The arrival at the village announces the outgoing character of the house … transparent to the landscape.
